Responsibilities

• Partner with organizations to solve workforce and reward challenges
• Support organizations in preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive
• Design and implement job architecture and levelling frameworks
• Conduct job evaluation and role benchmarking
• Deliver reward analytics and pay equity assessments
• Facilitate workshops and present findings to HR leaders and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
• 5-6 years of relevant professional experience in rewards consulting or related HR consulting disciplines
• Fluency in both Greek and English

Additional Information

A Master's degree is advantageous. The role may involve international projects outside the Southeastern European region.
