Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
• Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Facilitate interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
• Track and maintain recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators.
• Analyze recruiting metrics for process improvement.
