Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and review potential technology candidates
• Interview prospective technology candidates to assess skill set and work history
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology talent
• Select candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain contact with technology professionals
• Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technology-related field
• Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of success
