Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of recruiting technology solutions
• Manage the integrated high-volume recruiting technology ecosystem
• Provide ongoing system administration and maintenance
• Evaluate and optimize processes and experiences
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting technology consulting and system configuration
• Extensive hands-on ATS experience
• Experience with enterprise recruiting platforms
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage concurrent role activity in a high-volume environment
