• Source, screen, schedule, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Manage multiple searches and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Track funnel conversion and use insights to improve searches
• Set job-specific evaluation criteria and maintain a high hiring bar

Requirements

• Experience hiring go-to-market talent across sales, marketing, and creative roles
• Ability to manage multiple searches for various hiring managers
• Experience tracking recruiting funnel metrics
