Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals through various platforms
• Develop advanced Boolean search strings for specialized positions
• Build talent pipelines for software developers and engineers
• Analyze technical resumes to identify relevant experience
• Conduct talent mapping and market research for IT requisitions
• Partner with U.S. recruitment teams to clarify technical requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities
• Present qualified candidate profiles to recruiters

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dedicated IT sourcing experience
• Extensive hands-on sourcing experience across diverse technical and software development roles
• Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and technical talent research
• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies
