Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct initial research into target organizations and industry sectors
• Identify and source top talent for mid to senior level roles
• Conduct candidate interviews and present shortlists to clients
• Provide client update reports and maintain communication with candidates
• Manage logistics for interviews and candidate feedback
• Build relationships within the industry and maintain accurate market information
• Contribute towards process and training initiatives

Requirements

• Significant experience in consulting, recruiting, or executive search
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and recruiting processes
• Experience recruiting Go-To-Market talent
• Experience within technology-focused organizations
• Direct hire/permanent placement recruiting experience preferred
