Responsibilities

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations
• Utilizes innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract IT professionals
• Interviews, hires, and places contract and direct hire employees
• Maintains candidate relationships and manages contract employees
• Works closely with Business Development Managers to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field
• 0-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
• IT recruiting experience a plus

Additional Information

The role is fully onsite for the first 90 days and then is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
