Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of recruiting technology solutions
• Manage the integrated high-volume recruiting technology ecosystem
• Provide ongoing system administration and configuration
• Continuously evaluate and optimize processes
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting technology consulting and system configuration
• Extensive hands-on ATS experience
• Experience leading complex, multi-system implementations
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills
