Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Lead recruitment across a diverse portfolio of technical engineering and commercial positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders
• Proactively identify and engage specialist talent
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Provide talent market intelligence
• Champion recruitment best practices
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and monitor hiring metrics
• Collaborate with the wider Korn Ferry RPO team

Requirements

• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment
• Proven experience recruiting for technical engineering and technology sales roles
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of recruitment market dynamics within the technology sector
