Responsibilities

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, presentation to clients, salary negotiations and closing
• Fills and services client orders utilizing ATS and communicates on open positions
• Utilizes innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract IT professionals
• Interviews, hires and places contract and direct hire employees
• Maintains candidate relationships and manages contract employees while on assignment
• Works closely with Business Development Managers to strategize on methodologies to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field
• 5-8 years of IT recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills

Additional Information

The role is fully onsite for the first 90 days, then eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The schedule is flexible around the 8a-5p timeframe.
