• Manage approximately 35-40 open professional-level requisitions
• Lead intake meetings with HR partners and hiring managers
• Facilitate candidate calibration and interview debrief meetings
• Guide stakeholders through candidate evaluation discussions
• Provide recruiting updates and market intelligence
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience supporting professional salaried positions
• Ability to manage complex recruiting processes
• Strong client management experience
• Experience in corporate recruiting environments
