Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to job openings
• Conduct interviews and evaluate qualifications

• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs
• Support weekly payroll processing and ensure accurate personnel records

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or a high-volume environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
