Responsibilities

• Develop and manage effective client relationships
• Lead research and analysis on client business issues
• Contribute to winning profitable business through proposal writing and opportunity spotting
• Design and deliver solutions for large/complex clients
• Facilitate project teams and ensure focus on outcomes
• Support less experienced consultants through mentoring
• Lead Strategy and Change engagements
• Manage client engagements end-to-end

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant consulting experience
• Experience managing complex client engagements
• Experience facilitating workshops in English and French
• Bachelor's degree required; higher degree preferred
• ICF certification preferred
• PROSCI certification is an asset

Skills & Tools

Additional Information

The role requires 50% travel and facilitation in both English and French. Training on Korn Ferry Leadership Assessments will be provided if not already certified.
