Responsibilities

• Manage candidate identification and development process
• Assist in generating and executing search assignments
• Build and maintain client and candidate relationships
• Participate in client calls and meetings
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred
• 5+ years' experience in executive search, research capacity, or recruitment
• Significant experience with computer systems and databases

• Base salary of $85,000 to $110,000
• Semi-annual bonus opportunity
