Compensation

Base salary between €3,400 and €4,800, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of substantive pillars by recruiting new colleagues for complex assignments
• Manage the complete recruitment process from intake to job offer
• Provide strategic advice on labor market trends and process optimization
• Develop effective recruitment strategies based on current societal issues
• Build and maintain a sustainable network of specialists in the field

Requirements

• HBO thinking level and work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or labor mediation
• Experience in leading substantive selection and advisory interviews at a high level
• Affinity with or expertise in the social domain sector
