Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for technical and IT positions
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive technical talent
• Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate technical talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs
• Present qualified candidates and facilitate interview processes
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting for technical and technology-focused positions
• Strong sourcing experience with success in identifying passive candidates
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers and Robotics Engineers
