Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for technical and IT positions
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive technical talent
- Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate technical talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs
- Present qualified candidates and facilitate interview processes
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for technical and technology-focused positions
- Strong sourcing experience with success in identifying passive candidates
- Experience recruiting for Software Engineers and Robotics Engineers
