Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and convert them into sourcing criteria
• Conduct market research to size talent pools and assess hiring feasibility
• Build customized sourcing strategies using various sourcing techniques
• Engage with passive candidates and manage the candidate experience
• Represent the client at industry events and build talent communities
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to refine approaches

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience in high-growth tech companies
• Strong technical aptitude
• Expert-level boolean search and advanced sourcing methods
• Proficiency with SeekOut, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Greenhouse
