Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white collar workers
• Conduct intake calls with clients
• Screen applications and conduct interviews
• Document selection decisions
• Assist with offer and contract administration
• Ensure compliance and documentation for onboarding contingent labor
• Develop strategies to enhance candidate experience
• Conduct regular check-ins with contingent labor

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in in-house recruiting or RPO
• Experience recruiting for commercial positions
• Direct sourcing using professional networks and social media
• Customer-focused background
• Professional level of English
