Compensation

Expected hourly compensation range is $36.00/hr. - $40.85/hr.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy
• Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional manner
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities
• Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process
• Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
• Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition

Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle, client-facing experience
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• High School diploma; 4-year degree preferred

This is an ongoing contract role with no pre-identified end date. The position requires 2 days onsite in downtown Denver and 3 days work from home weekly.
