Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a channel and alliance strategy that supports revenue growth, pipeline generation, market expansion, and new client acquisition objectives
• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners across healthcare, workforce solutions, consulting, association, and related markets
• Create partner business plans, growth strategies, and joint go-to-market initiatives that drive measurable business results
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships within partner organizations
• Drive partner-generated lead activity, pipeline development, and revenue contribution
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Operations, Enablement, and Customer Success teams to support demand generation and successful deal execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare channel growth, strategic partnerships, alliances, GPOs, healthcare associations, business development, workforce solutions, or related fields
• Experience working with healthcare Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
• Experience managing executive-level partner relationships and complex stakeholder groups
• Experience with CRM platforms, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Ability to travel up to 50%

• Salary range of $101,000 - $126,000
• Potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission
