Responsibilities

• Train colleagues on the full lifecycle for assigned clients
• Lead the new team member onboarding experience
• Design training schedules aligned with continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for candidate accommodation cases
• Build and maintain an operational knowledge base

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in L&D, recruitment onboarding/operations, or HR instructional design
• Proven track record of creating interactive training content
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
