Responsibilities

• Design and lead high-impact sourcing strategies for complex categories
• Align sourcing initiatives with client business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Present sourcing strategies and performance outcomes to executives
• Lead strategic supplier negotiations and develop supplier segmentation strategies
• Identify emerging trends and drive adoption of digital sourcing tools
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and mentor sourcing leads

Requirements

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience
• Leadership experience
• Deep expertise in category management and supplier strategy
• Proven success in client advisory or procurement consulting roles
• Advanced procurement certifications and/or MBA preferred
