Responsibilities
- Design and lead high-impact sourcing strategies for complex categories
- Align sourcing initiatives with client business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Present sourcing strategies and performance outcomes to executives
- Lead strategic supplier negotiations and develop supplier segmentation strategies
- Identify emerging trends and drive adoption of digital sourcing tools
- Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and mentor sourcing leads
Requirements
- 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience
- Leadership experience
- Deep expertise in category management and supplier strategy
- Proven success in client advisory or procurement consulting roles
- Advanced procurement certifications and/or MBA preferred
