Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct high-volume virtual interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Make informed recommendations on candidate progression throughout the hiring process
• Complete candidate scorecards accurately and consistently
• Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate and contingency details
• Manage multiple interviews, follow-ups, and recruitment tasks simultaneously
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Experience handling high-volume hiring or interviews preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable conducting virtual or on-camera interviews
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Warehouse recruitment experience is a strong advantage
