Responsibilities

  • Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies
  • Identify potential prospects and represent the client in the marketplace
  • Validate potential candidates through reference and source calls
  • Partner with the Consultant to develop and present a slate of qualified candidates
  • Prepare organized information for client progress reports and meetings
  • Contribute to responses for new business inquiries and business development initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, talent acquisition, financial services, investment banking, or strategy consulting
  • Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus
  • Superior project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
