Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and produce resources like talent mappings and target company lists
• Synthesize industry information for client-ready documents
• Assist in detailed industry talent mapping and identify high-potential executives
• Participate in kick-off meetings to develop search and research strategies

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be university graduate (4-year bachelor's degree required)
• Strong academic performance (3.4+ GPA)
• Leadership experience in internships, work experience, community service, or student organizations
