Compensation

Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting and business development within the accounting and finance vertical
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Analyze industry trends and hiring demands
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements
• Implement creative strategies to recruit candidates
• Analyze hiring process data for improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or account management
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance industry trends
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
