Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
• Initiate creative and scalable changes to recruiting processes
• Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress
• Create strategic plans to attract and engage design talent
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 4+ years of Design Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience building high performing design teams
• Ability to attract passive senior candidates
