Responsibilities
- Identify and engage companies across IT and technical sectors to generate new contract staffing opportunities
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to develop and execute targeted sales strategies
- Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and market intelligence
- Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure new client agreements to drive revenue growth
- Expand existing accounts by identifying additional project needs and opportunities to increase service offerings
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with IT hiring managers, department leaders, and decision-makers
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of agency experience in a client-facing or sales-driven role
- Strong understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends
