Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline and candidate experience for interns and early career hires
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience across outreach, interviews, and events
• Maintain funnel momentum and diagnose issues early
• Represent Datadog as a premier employer on university campuses
• Plan and execute recruiting events and engagements
• Drive inclusive hiring strategies and track representation
• Use data to improve recruiting outcomes
• Innovate and iterate on recruiting strategies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in campus, university, or early career recruiting
• Proven ability to build and manage a candidate pipeline end-to-end
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with data tracking and analysis
• Organized and adaptable
• Willingness to travel to campuses across Europe
