Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and develop go-to-market plans for Recruitment Cloud
• Create buyer-focused messaging and customer-facing content
• Educate stakeholders about product features and benefits
• Perform competitive analysis and develop competitive positioning
• Drive campaigns to build sales pipeline and achieve bookings goals
• Promote product adoption among existing clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of business experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a similar function
• Strong understanding of SaaS technology and business models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
