Compensation

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professional services roles
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage a talent pipeline
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify hiring needs
• Analyze market trends and data to optimize recruitment processes
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
• Engage in business development activities
• Participate in training and development programs
• Contribute to team success by sharing insights

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting or account management; 5 years preferred
• Proven expertise in professional services staffing and workforce solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
