Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for permanent and temporary AEC professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates in architecture, engineering, and construction sectors
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to develop a strong candidate network
• Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications relevant to AEC roles
• Develop creative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment goals
• Provide expert consultation to clients regarding recruitment strategies and industry trends
• Collect and analyze hiring data to refine recruitment processes and improve outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AEC recruitment or account management; 5 years preferred
• Strong knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction industry practices
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
