Responsibilities
- Establish and develop client relationships
- Conduct prospecting activities including outreach and client visits
- Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment
- Generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews
- Achieve performance objectives related to activity and Gross Margin
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in achieving performance goals
