Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design
- Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Identify and engage talent through various channels
- Build relationships with designers through referrals and events
- Improve hiring processes and leverage new tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Experience hiring for Design roles
- Strong understanding of design talent
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
