Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design
  • Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Identify and engage talent through various channels
  • Build relationships with designers through referrals and events
  • Improve hiring processes and leverage new tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Experience hiring for Design roles
  • Strong understanding of design talent
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail
