Responsibilities
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
- Evaluate candidate profiles and build talent pipelines
- Keep candidates engaged with timely updates
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings for IT/Technical roles
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media tools
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition
