Responsibilities

• Conduct industry-specific and client company research
• Support Consultants in developing position specifications and search strategies
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
• Assist in conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications

Requirements

• 3-4 years’ professional experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Prior experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred

• Salary range of $80,000 to $105,000
