Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires
• Create learning pathways covering company culture and foundational sales skills
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps
• Build and maintain resources to support consultants throughout the sales cycle
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR on learning initiatives

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in 360 Recruitment or a sales-related field
• Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and recruitment industry
• Keen interest in learning, training, and sales enablement
• Appreciation for technology and tools
• Ability to design blended learning solutions
• Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring learning impact
