Compensation

The base compensation for this position is $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's industry, including its value proposition and competitive landscape
• Conduct detailed industry talent mapping and proactively identify high-potential executives
• Assist in the development of search strategies and target lists
• Stay updated on news and issues related to key client engagements
• Synthesize research for business development initiatives and search assignments

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be university graduate (4-year bachelor's degree required)
• Strong academic performance (3.4+ GPA)
• Well-roundedness demonstrated through leadership experience in internships, work experience, community service, athletics, or roles in student-led organizations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-directed and proactive nature
• Permanent work authorization necessary for the country of application
