Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to tackle workforce and organizational challenges
- Design Total Rewards and Pay Transparency strategies
- Build organization structures and operating models
- Develop career architecture and skills frameworks
- Advise clients on workforce effectiveness and employee value propositions
- Lead complex consulting engagements across Europe
Requirements
- 8–15 years' experience in management consulting, HR consulting, organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation or reward consulting
- Strong problem-solving and client advisory skills
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex projects
- Fluency in English and German
