Compensation

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between 52k and 102k CAD annually for Canada or between 50k and 70k USD annually for the USA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment and feedback gathering
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
• Develop a proactive recruitment strategy
• Consult with hiring managers on selections and compensation
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Ensure weekly and monthly hiring goals are met
• Update and maintain applicant tracking system data

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies
• Strong time prioritization skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency

Additional Information

Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills.
