Responsibilities

• Build and own a market strategy for Toronto/GTA
• Develop new clients and generate permanent job orders
• Lead intake conversations and grow existing accounts
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across your portfolio
• Build and nurture strong client and candidate networks
• Maintain an accurate sales and recruitment pipeline

Requirements

• 3+ years of agency staffing/recruitment experience
• Proven success in a 360 permanent recruitment role
• Strong full-cycle recruitment capability
• Ability to build candidate networks
