Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs
• Identify channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements
• Define and implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools
• Optimize sourcing channels to improve client talent pools
• Measure and monitor effectiveness of sourcing framework
• Assist clients in developing compelling employee value propositions
• Manage candidate relationships and build strong connections with passive candidates
• Conduct research into competing companies and create talent maps
• Provide support and coaching to team members

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience for Engineering or Industrial Manufacturing positions
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 3+ years of client facing experience
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• High School Diploma
