Responsibilities

• Manage initial candidate identification and development process
• Network with professionals to assist in achieving career objectives
• Conduct preliminary phone screen evaluations of candidates
• Assess candidate skills against client needs through telephone interviews
• Conduct reference checks on presented candidates
• Work closely with lead consultants and Research Delivery/Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred
• 3+ years' experience in executive search, research capacity, or recruitment
• Significant experience with computer systems and databases
• Strong assessment skills
• Strong communication skills

Benefits

• Base salary of $70,000-$85,000
• Semi-annual bonus opportunity under a production-based incentive program
