Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain pipeline requisitions for university and early careers technical talent
• Screen and assess candidates to understand their technical backgrounds and qualifications
• Match qualified candidates with appropriate opportunities and hiring teams
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand early careers hiring needs
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across software, hardware, and engineering disciplines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong recruiting experience, preferably in university recruiting or early careers programs
• Experience managing talent pipelines and screening candidates
• Understanding of technical disciplines, particularly software and hardware engineering
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications beyond resumes
