Compensation

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between 52k to 102k CAD annually or 50k to 70k USD annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections and recruitment processes
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
• Update and maintain reports related to the recruiting process
