Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for critical positions
• Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing methods
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and talent pools
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities
• Provide talent market insights on candidate availability and market trends
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines within the ATS/CRM
• Track sourcing activity and effectiveness
• Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools and recruitment technologies

Requirements

• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, or technology hiring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or related discipline
