Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels
• Conduct job order intake meetings with clients
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing video screenings
• Support candidates in preparation for interviews
• Build talent pipelines for future job opportunities
• Maintain candidate databases
• Collaborate with other internal divisions
• Follow up with clients and temporary staff to monitor progress

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in both English and Japanese
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience reporting recruiting metrics to business partners
• Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office)
