Recruitment Consultant - Early and Emerging Talent - MBA Programs - US · Remote

Compensation

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between 52k and 102k CAD annually for Canada or between 50k and 70k USD annually for the USA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including identifying and assessing candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and facilitate interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and compensation
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
• Update and maintain reports related to the recruiting process

Requirements

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills
• Experience working in an applicant tracking system
• Strong social media presence
