Compensation

The Salary for this position is anticipated to range between 52k to 102k annually for Canada or 50k to 70k annually for USA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including candidate assessment and feedback collection
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
• Develop creative recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and compensation
• Ensure weekly and monthly hiring goals are met
• Maintain reports and administrative responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage all aspects of recruiting
• Experience in competitive market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to exceed performance expectations
• Excellent time prioritization skills
• Fluency in French and English
