Responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors
• Identify potential customer leads and execute a sales funnel process
• Develop proposals and manage sales process utilizing Salesforce
• Collaborate with recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Spend at least 75% of time customer-facing

Requirements

• 2+ years direct/outside sales/B2B experience
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry
• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent required
